Omelo Vet provides online veterinary consultation services connecting pet owners with licensed veterinarians via video call. Our services include: • Video consultations with licensed veterinarians • Pet health advice and guidance • Follow-up care recommendations • Health records and consultation summaries IMPORTANT: Our services provide general veterinary advice and guidance only. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or replace in-person veterinary care. For emergencies, please visit your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Fees are displayed before booking and are charged in USD • Payment is processed securely through our payment partners • All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy • Prices are subject to change with notice • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

• Appointments can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund • Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds • If you're unsatisfied with your consultation, contact us within 24 hours for a review • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

You agree not to: • Use our services for any illegal purpose • Provide false information • Attempt to access restricted areas of our systems • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services • Harass or abuse our veterinarians or staff • Share your account credentials with others

All content on Omelo Vet, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Omelo Vet and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of information you provide about your pets. By using our services, you grant us a license to use this information to provide our services.

Omelo Vet provides veterinary guidance only. We are not liable for: • Outcomes resulting from following or not following advice • Delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation in question.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through: • Good faith negotiation between the parties • Mediation if negotiation fails • Binding arbitration as a last resort These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Omelo Vet operates.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by: • Posting the updated terms on our website • Sending you an email notification Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
